摘要: Abstract Serum and/or arachidonic acid stimulated prostaglandin production by dog kidney (MDCK) cells. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) at concentrations of 10−9 to 10−10 M the biosynthesis prostaglandins MDCK cells but not that human fibroblasts (D-550), mouse (3T3), transformed (MC5-5), and rabbit aorta endothelial (CLO). EGF also release radioactivity from radioactively labelled with [3H]arachidonic acid.
