摘要: Increasing cancer incidence together with improved survival rates are contributing to the growing number of survivors. Survivors may encounter a range potential effects as result itself or treatments. Traditionally, major focus follow-up care has been on detection recurrence; however, efficacy such strategies is questionable. Traditional frequently fails identify adequately address many survivors' concerns. Aftercare needs be planned enable better outcomes for survivors, while using scarce health-care resources efficiently. This review focuses provision survivorship care, rather than research. England's National Cancer Survivorship Initiative developed principles those living and beyond cancer. These include risk-stratified pathways use treatment summaries plans, information education choice confidence self manage, rapid re-access specialist remote monitoring well-coordinated care. Many these relevant internationally, though preferred models will depend local circumstances.
