摘要: ConceptGrid provides a template-style approach to check natural language responses by students using model-tracing style intelligent tutoring system. The tutor-author creates, web-based authoring system, latticestyle structure that contains the set of required concepts need be in student response. author can also create just-in-time feedback based on present or absent student's is integrated within xPST tool and was tested two experiments, both which show efficacy technique answers. first study tutor's effectiveness overall domain statistics. second investigated ConceptGrid's use non-programmers non-cognitive scientists. extends existing capabilities for tutors this template-based checking sentence-length input.
