摘要: Abstract We investigate an heterostructure consisting of Co2FeAl/TiO2 deposited onto Si(100) substrate by Magnetron Sputtering. Specifically, we explore the influence thickness amorphous TiO2 layer on quasi-static and dynamic magnetic properties Co2FeAl layer.
