摘要: Resume La leishmaniose viscerale est endemique dans le Bassin mediterraneen, ou de nombreux enfants sont atteints chaque annee. Son traitement classique consiste en des injections parenterales derives pentavalents l'antimoine (Glucantime ® Pentostam ) a la posologie 20 mg/kg/j d'antimoine pendant 28 jours. De effets secondaires et survenue resistance primaire secondaire peuvent limiter l'utilisation. Les alternatives therapeutiques reposent essentiellement sur les diamidines (Pentacarinat l'amphotericine B.
