摘要: In recent years, the importance of sustainability has increased in most aspects human life. From agriculture to industrial production chemicals, new technologies are developed for environmentally friendly and economic production. Species ascomycetous genus Trichoderma contributed these efforts by providing benefits from plant protection, enzyme production, synthesis bioactive metabolites. Now, with genomes 7 species sequenced more than 100 identified, represents a group fungi plethora applications. The physiological insights gained elaborate genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic studies will allow deeper understanding phenotype versus genotype spp. general.
