摘要: To determine the role of vasoactive peptides such as endothelin (ET), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and human atrial natriuretic (hANP) in regulation blood pressure uremic patients, to effect various types dialyzer membranes on hemodialysis (HD)-induced changes plasma levels peptides, ET, CGRP hANP were measured HD patients continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). Plasma CGRP, significantly higher CAPD than healthy subjects. There no significant differences between hypertensive normotensive correlation was observed HD-induced pressure. ET decreased when performed using high-flux membranes, polyacrylonitrile (PAN), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) cellulose triacetate (CTA), but did not decrease a saponified (SC) membrane. case PAN, increased with PMMA showed change SC CTA. all due secretion. These results indicate that hANP, depends type membrane used.
