The response of the lower oesophageal sphincter to maximal doses of pentagastrin

摘要: Measurements of the lower oesophageal sphincter pressure and gastric secretion were made in patients with dyspepsia but no reflux a hiatus hernia response to near maximal dose pentagastrin. Patients had resting pressures than those dyspepsia. The magnitude rise following pentagastrin was related tone sphincter. However, terms percentage increase over sphincteric pressure, similar responses.
