摘要: Organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) are promising devices for applications in vitro and vivo measurements. OECTs have two important sensing interfaces signal monitoring: One is the gate electrode surface; other channel surface. This mini review introduced new developments chemical biological detection of interfaces. Specific focus was given on modification technological approaches or In particular, some unique strategies surface designs aiming to facilitate signal-transduction amplification were discussed. Several perspectives current challenges development also briefly summarized.
