Barefoot usability evaluations

摘要: Usability evaluations provide software development teams with insights on the degree to which a application enables user achieve his/her goals, how fast these goals can be achieved, easy it is learn and satisfactory in use. Although usability are crucial process of developing systems high level usability, their use still limited context small companies. Several approaches have been proposed support practitioners (SWPs) conducting this paper presents two in-depth empirical studies supporting SWPs by training them become barefoot evaluators.
