摘要: Abstract Dysregulation of microRNAs (miRs) has been linked to several types cancer. In the present study, we investigated expression miR-181a in different leukemia cell lines and healthy hematopoietic cells, as well its influence on proliferation, metabolic activity potential targets. Expression differed between various mature blood cells. Inhibition miR 181a T- B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) cells revealed an targets High-Mobility-Group-Protein B1 (HMGB1) Cluster Differentiation 4 (CD4). Overexpression AML led a significant decrease proliferation activity. The data indicate possible role this specific miRNA immunogenicity.
