摘要: Pr3+-activated barium tungsto-molybdate solid solution phosphor Ba(Mo1−zWz)O4:Pr3+ is successfully fabricated via a facile molten-salt approach. The as-synthesized microcrystal of truncated octahedron and exhibits deep-red-emitting upon blue light excitation. Powder x-ray diffraction Raman spectroscopy techniques are utilized to investigate the formation phosphor. luminescence behaviors depend on resulting composition microcrystals with fixed Pr3+-doping concentration, while host lattices remain in scheelite structure. forming substitution [WO4] for [MoO4] can significantly enhance its luminescence, which may be due fact that owns well-defined facets uniform morphologies. Owing properties high phase purity, facets, highly morphologies, exceptional chemical thermal stabilities, stronger emission intensity, expected find potential applications phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
