摘要: Chemiluminescence was observed on introducing ethanol vapor to the surface of nanosized ZrO2 and this effect could be utilized design a sensor for trace detection. The term cataluminescence (CTL) used describe kind chemiluminescence because luminescence is generated by catalytic oxidation organic vapors solid surface. proposed showed high sensitivity at 195 °C. stability gas demonstrated continuous reaction with 100 h. Quantitative analysis performed an optimum wavelength 460 ± 10 nm. intensity proportional concentration from 1.6 160 μg ml−1, detection limit 0.6 ml−1 (signal-to-noise ratio = 3:1). mechanism discussed results show that one possible luminescent intermediates acetaldehyde.
