摘要: Abstract Objective To determine the content of benzyl glucosinolate (BG) in pulp and seed investigate anti-cancer activity its hydrolysis product Carica papaya L. Methods Determination BG was performed on an Hypersil BDS C 18 column at wavelength 214 nm with 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) aqueous solution (A) 0.1%TFA acetonitrile (B) as mobile phase. In vitro test adopted cultured human lung cancer H69 cell to inhibition rate proliferation isothiocyanate (BITC) against cell. Results The has more before maturation it nearly disappeared after matured, while contains every stage. Activity demonstrated that a higher concentration BITC would have better cell, IC 50 6.5 μmol/L. Conclusions also can be produced will stored fruit been matured. certain cancer-prevention activities for human.
