摘要: The chin is a very common donor site for autogenous bone grafts. aim of this retrospective study was to evaluate long-term morbidity the following graft harvesting. One three years after grafting local defects anterior maxilla with bone, 21 patients were recalled objective assessment any residual at harvesting area. Morbidity as well satisfaction evaluated by survey medical record, mail-in questionnaire, and standardized physical examination. outcome showed that there good acceptance procedure. low, but subjectively almost half reported changed (decreased) sensibility in This subjective change did not result noteworthy complaints or discomfort patients, however. Although from generally considered option reconstruction bony defects, should be informed about potential hazard region.
