摘要: The response of structural elements under impact conditions is a particularly important consideration in the design components made from composite materials. understanding this includes both behaviour and influence some parameters material properties. Thus, dependence residual compressive strength ballistically impacted carbon fibre reinforced plastic (CFRP) laminates on their thickness has been examined. A previously verified model developed by authors, applied resulting rather interesting findings about effect sensitivity laminate to impact. takes into account number plies, energy stacking sequence. Experimental results derived literature have used for verification close agreement between theoretical predictions experimental was found. Also, it can be concluded that present work helps optimize varying thickness.
