摘要: Device-to-device (D2D) communication is the need of hour in domain next generation wireless networking and rapidly evolving smartphone network world. D2D technology facilitates mobile users to communicate with each other directly, bypassing cellular base stations. As a popular technique, WiFi-Direct also budding new that has ability set up communications between group smartphones. While single-hop based networks have been promising energy efficient, multi-hop networks, though demanded some emerging applications, are not well studied. In this paper, we elaborate concept multihop on propose an efficient cluster-based routing protocol, QGRP, address issue increasing importance due high costs Simulations demonstrate QGRP can save significant amounts compared cases without QGRP.
