摘要: Community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) is a common and potentially serious illness [1]. It defined as an acute infection of the pulmonary parenchyma, occurring outside hospital, with clinical symptoms accompanied by presence infiltrates on chest ra‐ diograph. With prevalence estimated at nearly five million cases annually in United States, emergency physicians general practitioners diagnose treat CAP regular basis [2]; one third patients arrived medical services, half even‐ tually were admitted [3].
