摘要: Abstract Protease and lipase were purified from sunflower seeds by frequent purification steps with molecular weights of 72.90 kDa 27.50 kDa, respectively. The protease immobilized on various carriers different methods immobilization including physical adsorption, ionic binding covalent binding. enzymes prepared a new support materials made via the combination chitin starch had highest activates. was carried out in simpler way compared other which require chemicals complicated procedures is difficult expensive. influence reusability, pH, thermal storage stability immobilizing to free enzyme studied. chitin + starch used catalyze reactions through enhanced washing process. After adding starch, stain removal percentage detergents 78% 84%, We approve that these novel present approach synthesis multi biocatalysts cheap friendly environmental sources.
