摘要: Over the last years, technical advances in neuroimaging have allowed drastic improvements assessment of acute ischemic cerebral events. Beyond conventional morphological analysis, diffusion-weighted and perfusion-weighted MRI now enable routine functional brain tissue; spectroscopy diffusion tensor imaging still remains domain clinical research. During ischemia events, can detect movements water molecules cytotoxic edema related to cell injury enabling rapid diagnosis early ischemia. In conjunction with perfusion imaging, which detects hypoperfusion areas, provides a means identify areas penumbra More recent multislice computed tomographic (CT) scans multimodal analysis are also very competitive for (non-enhanced CT, CT angiography CT). The purpose this paper is describe patterns during different stages infarcts.
