摘要: A white light LED is described that uses an die emits visible blue in a wavelength range of about 450-470 nm. red phosphor or quantum dot material converts some the to having peak between 605-625 nm with full-width-half-maximum (FWHM) less than 80nm. green FWHM greater 40nm, wherein combination light, and produces providing color rendering Ra,8>90 temperature 2500K-5000K. Preferably, converting do not saturate output 100 W/cm2 can reliably operate junction over degrees C.
