摘要: A completely water-soluble, solid, labile biochemical-containing diagnostic reagent is prepared without the need of a lyophilization step, by spraying, preferably fluidized bed process, an aqueous solution biochemical, e.g., enzyme, onto small particles, lower than 20 mesh, inert, water-soluble solid bulking agent, mannitol; drying resultant biochemical-coated agent to desired dryness; and then forming dried into tablet suitable for test reagent, said having predetermined rate dissolution.
