摘要: Abstract A catalyst-free and convenient protocol is described for the preparation of 3-aminoimidazo[1,2- a ]pyridines 5-aminoimidazo[2,1- b ][1,3]thiazoles via three-component reactions between 2-aminopyridines or 2-aminothiazoles, aldehydes, isocyanides in water good to excellent yields.
