摘要: Abstract K 2 NbO 3 F powders were directly synthesized by an alternative solid-state method at low temperature. Stoichiometric ammonium niobium oxalate, C O 4 and KF mixed with small amounts of water then dried room X-ray diffraction results show that layered perovskite can be obtained calcining the mixture in temperature range from 550 to 700 °C for 3 h. The elemental composition, powder morphology particle size calcination products analyzed scanning electron microscope–energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS). SEM images suggest particles 550 °C are irregular platelets a diameter 0.5–1 μm thickness 100–200 nm. 3–5 μm 1–2 μm when reaches 700 °C. decomposes 5 (NbO ) 800 °C.
