摘要: The current invention introduces a semiconductor light emitting device mounted in free-standing way for enhanced extraction and handling simplicity. mount is based on the mechanical strength of carrying connectors, such as wires or bonds. Such LED die can be placed into standard bulb body compatibility with existing household, car, consumer electronics industrial sources. provides increased efficiency which makes general lighting simpler cheaper. mounting conventional ease mounting.
