摘要: Thermo-optic tunable thin-film filter based on Fabry-Perot (F-P) cavity structure is a very attractive alternative integrated optical device. In this simulation-based paper, the key performance of typical thermo-optic F-P discussed by analyzing Distributed Bragger Reflectors (DBR) and property material. The results indicate negative correlation between number DBR periodical layers full width at half maximum (FWHM), proportional relation thermal-optic coefficient material tuning range. addition, more sensitive to than reflection according analysis thickness error film. And solve slow thermal response without incurring other loss, novel suspended proposed, in which only heated.
