摘要: The Fas/FasL system is known, first and foremost, as a potent apoptosis activator. While its pro-apoptotic features have been studied extensively, evidence that the can elicit non-death signals has also accumulated. These promote survival, proliferation, migration, well invasion of cells. key molecular mechanism determines shift from cell death to had remained unclear until recent identification tyrosine phosphorylation in domain Fas reversible signaling switch. In this review, we present connection between findings regarding control multi-signals context-dependent choices. This information help explain variable roles pathway different pathologies.
