摘要: Abstract A novel synthesis of side-chain homologated analogs vitamin D isomers has been described . The allows for the insertion double bond into C-24 position side chain. key synthetic step involves coupling a new C 24 -uitamin synthon with respective fragment. method is illustrated by preparation of'(24E)-24,24a-dehydro-24,24-dihomo-1,25-di-hydroxycholecalciferol (1) and (24b R)- S)-24,24-dihomo-1,25-dihydroxyergocalciferols ( 2 3 ). Trans geometry newly formed in chain was confirmed high field nuclear magnetic resonance spectra (Steroids) 56 :311–315, 1991)
