摘要: This chapter looks at the role of transnational local government (LG) networks in urban climate governance, where term includes cities, towns and other metropolitan municipalities. Local authorities are recognised as one nine major groups Agenda 21 included UN Commission Sustainable Development (UN 2009). LG was officially a governmental stakeholder 2010 COP 16 summit United Nations (UN) meetings now include interests global agreements. LGs have been actively engaged change policies since early 1990s.
