摘要: Approximately one-third of patients with isolated traumatic brain injury (iTBI) present acute coagulopathy (ATC). ATC is associated increased morbidity and mortality. Its effects on long-term functional cognitive outcomes are not as well characterized. Data from the Citicoline Brain Injury Treatment Trial (COBRIT) were analyzed retrospectively. Exclusion criteria renal failure or malignancy, any extracranial severity score >3. was defined INR > 1.3, PTT > 38 s, platelets   6), DRS (i.e., score < 2) at 180 days, for which found to be an independent predictor binary logistic regression. also performed significantly worse several components CVLT-II 180 days. accompanying iTBI
