摘要: A stereospecific synthesis of dehydro-β-ionilideneacetic acid (7b), a key intermediate to the abscisic (1), starting from dianion 3-methylbut-2-enoic (2) and safranal (3b) is described. Dehydrobromination bromoaldehyde (11) was achieved by treatment (10) with resin Amberlyst 26 in F– form. In same way, β-cyclocitraf (3a) gives β-ionilideneacetic (7a) good yield.
