摘要: The invention discloses an asymmetric Henry reaction catalyst system constructed based on benzimidazole pyridine heterocyclic derivatives of rosin and applications thereof. comprises N-[(1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)-ethyl], N-[(pyridine-2-yl)-methyl]-dehydroabietylamine, a Lewis acid, KOH, wherein the mole ratio acid: KOH: N-[(1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)-ethyl]+N-[(pyridine-2-yl)-methyl]-dehydroabietylamine is 2:2:1, acid Cu(OAc)2.H2O. used to catalyze reactions aldehyde group compounds nitro-methane; when dry anhydrous methanol taken as solvent, are performed for 20 hours at room temperature, yield catalytic can reach 80%, enantioselectivity 94%, substrate range enlarged certain degree.
