摘要: We consider a quantum Bose gas confined in double well potential interaction with trapped ion and investigate the impact of two relevant sources imperfections experiments on system dynamics that were not considered previously: Ion motion thermal excitations bosonic ensemble. Particularly, their influence entanglement generation between spin state moving atomic ensemble is analysed. find detrimental effects protocol can be mitigated by properly choosing parameters as timings protocol. Furthermore, bosons affect significantly system's tunnelling self-trapping already at moderate temperatures, i.e. occupation few quanta reduces performance about 10\%. Hence, we conclude finite temperature main source decoherence such junctions demonstrate possibility to entangle condensate vibrational state.
