摘要: A detailed examination of soil porosity employing micromorphology and image analysis can provide a better understanding the peculiar behavior hardsetting horizons. Owing fact that layers exhibit high bulk density values, we hypothesize natural compaction in horizons influences total pore shape orientation. The aim this study is to evaluate spatial distribution, establish shape, size orientation pores using micromorphological techniques, non-hardsetting an Ultisol (Argissolo Acinzentado), located state Ceara (Brazil). Micromorphological studies were performed on thin sections blocks. results support hypothesis proposed suggest more dense areas, as measured by analysis, are associated with special
