Phase space imaging of a beam of charged particles by frictional forces

摘要: Abstract In the case of frictional forces, defined by always acting opposite to particle motion, Liouville's theorem does not apply. The effect such forces on a beam charged particles is calculated in close form. Emphasis given phase space imaging moderator. Conditions for an increase density are discussed.
