摘要: Dilute alkali pretreatment was performed on softwood pine to maximize ethanol and biogas production via a biorefinery approach. Alkali pretreatments were with 0-2% w/v NaOH at 100-180°C for 1-5h. The liquid fraction of the pretreated substrates subjected anaerobic digestion. solid used separate enzymatic hydrolysis fermentation. High yields 76.9‒78.0% achieved by 2% (w/v) 180°C. highest yield 244mL/g volatile (at 25°C, 1bar) 1% gasoline equivalent (sum methane) 197L per ton pinewood lowest manufacturing cost 0.75€/L obtained after 180°C 5h. from untreated wood 4.12€/L.
