摘要: Multi-layered Al alloy sheets can exhibit unique properties by the combination of component materials. A poor corrosion resistance high strength alloys be complemented having a protective surface with resistant alloys. Here, special care should taken regarding heat treatment multi-layered because dissimilar may unexpected interfacial reactions upon treatment. In present study, A6022/A7075/A6022 were fabricated cold roll-bonding process, and effect on microstructure mechanical was examined. The solution gave rise to diffusion Zn, Mg, Cu Si elements across core/clad interface. particular, pronounced which is major alloying element (for solid-solution strengthening) A7075 core, resulted in gradual hardness change Mg2Si precipitates precipitate free zone also formed near interface after heat-treated sheet showed strengths reasonable elongation without apparent deformation misfit or delamination during tensile deformation. mainly due T4 T6 core.
