摘要: This paper studies the optimum conceptual design of pile foundations at initial stage. A modular method is proposed, which divides foundation into modules and each module identified by its characteristics length, diameter, number layout. Modules with same may be packed represented a variable. minimum-cost optimization model multiple constraints based on Chinese code cardinality constraint built to achieve concurrent size The solved improved automatic grouping genetic algorithms obtain optimal variables variable grouping. practical example demonstrates effectiveness proposed approach.
