摘要: The electrochemical detection of ascorbic acid (AA) was investigated using a cobalt(III)-ferritin immobilized on self-assembled monolayer modified gold electrode in phosphate buffer solution (pH 7.5). showed excellent activity for oxidation AA. response to AA the examined cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry techniques. resulting biosensor linear concentration range from 6.25×10-6 2.31×10-5 M with sensitivity 86,437 μAM-1 limit 4.65 × 10-6 based signal-to-noise ratio 3. Electrochemical parameters including charge transfer coefficient (α) apparent heterogeneous electron rate constant (ks ) were found be 0.52 1.054 Sec-1 , respectively. It has been shown that, this electrode, can determined high sensitivity, low limit, selectivity.
