摘要: Double-minute chromosomes (DMS) were found in a very high percentage of neuroblastoma cells the marrow 3-year-old patient. An interesting and intriguing finding was that similar DMS, number distribution, diploid another site same patient obtained on different date. Cultured blood lymphocytes also contained DMS possibly points to common factor leading genesis DMS. The literature tumors with summarized several hypotheses advanced regarding origin DMS; authors favor concept may represent chromomeres which have been set free, exact agent causing this being unknown.
