摘要: Recent research in cumulative damage models for strengths of systems has yielded various statistical distributions that incorporate a system size variable and follow generalized Birnbaum-Saunders form. These can be unified as three-parameter Birnbaum-Saunders-type family distributions, where the third parameter arises from through approach. In this paper, distribution is characterized, examples strength fit form are given. Also, estimation asymptotic theory developed distribution, illustrations presented experimental data carbon composite materials.
