摘要: Primary psychiatric disorders where skin changes appear most frequently include: delusions of parasitosis, body dysmorphic disorder, neurotic excoriations, dermatitis artefacta, and trichotillomania. In all these diseases the primary pathologic condition is nature, are secondary self-induced. this review we wanted to present epidemiology, clinical pictures, treatment options for disorders. These patients more seen in dermatology clinics, as they may be unwilling acknowledge a basis their psychical symptoms. If want effective timely, it important dermatologist understand underlying psychopathology conditions. Treatment should gradual. An initially supportive, nonconfrontational, empathic approach patient indicated. Immediate confrontation regarding suspicion that patient's lesions self-induced can counterproductive will often refuse treatment. Frequent visits symptomatic topical treatments useful beginning.
