摘要: Abstract : Information is currently being produced at a volume and velocity that surpasses the ability of individuals to make full use it within given time constraint condition known as information overload. Advances in technology, namely Internet, have exacerbated overload all military commands. At operational level especially, leaders are unable receive adequate timely necessary for complex problem solving decision making. Thus, they satisfice with limited modicum when making important decisions. The issue addressed this capstone project how explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) community can cope overload, especially turbulent environments up-to-date critical its mission success. Using design methodology, members EOD developed Web 2.0 prototype website aid processing management information. results date suggest great potential improving using website.
