A Methodology Based on Cyclostationary Analysis for Fault Detection of Hydraulic Axial Piston Pumps

摘要: Condition monitoring has been an active area of research in many industrial fields during the last decades, particularly fluid power systems. This paper presents a solution for fault diagnosis variable displacement axial-piston pump, which is critical component hydraulic The proposed methodology follows data-driven approach including data acquisition and feature extraction based on analysis acceleration signals through theory cyclostationarity. An experimental campaign was carried out laboratory test bench with pump flawless state faulty states. Different operating conditions were considered each repeated several times order to acquire suitable population verify repeatability. Results showed capability detecting typical related worn slippers. Future works will include tests apply wider set faults development classifier accurate identification.
