摘要: Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) has been shown to have hepatotrophic and renotropic functions for regeneration of the liver kidney through its mitogenic, motogenic, morphogenic properties. To examine involvement HGF in lung after acute injury, we analyzed changes mRNA, activity, receptors rat insult measured concentration sera patients with various diseases. Following onset injury induced by intratracheal hydrochloride injection, a compensatory DNA synthesis occurred bronchial epithelium peak at 24 h alveolar 48 h. Expression mRNA remarkably increased only 3 treatment activity also about 3-fold 6 later. but not other noninjured organs were down-regulated 12 These marked increases concomitant down-regulation receptor before epithelial cells. diseases, as radioimmunoassay, was much higher than that healthy donors. results suggest is newly produced may role lung.
