摘要: Protozoa of the genus Sarcocystis (phylum Apicomplexa, family Sarcocystidae) is one most common parasites affecting animals. Interspecies diagnostic was based on electron microscopy for many years. Because absence visible differences between species with reachable magnifications, light useless. In cases serological method have lack sensitivity. A variety molecular methods been developed and used to detect identify spp. assess genetic diversity among this protozoan from different population/hosts. Nowadays, common, time/cost effective all over world interspecies differentiation.
