摘要: Unter den Hilfsmethoden fur die Diagnostik der Kompressionssyndrome peripherer Nerven stehen radiologische Untersuchungen ganz im Vordergrund. In Frage kommen rontgenologische Nativdiagnostik, Angiographie und Computertomographie. Die sog. Neurographie oder Neuroradiographie, bei ein Kontrastmittel in eingespritzt wird (Gaizler u. Komar 1972; Razemon etal. 1972), hat sich von Nervenlasionen erfreulicherweise nicht durchsetzen konnen. Den radiologischen Methoden gegenuber treten andere apparative Verfahren wie Dopplersonographie Thermographie Hintergrund. Der Moberg-Ninhydrintest zum Nachweis Storungen Schweissekretion, also vegetativen Fasern, Nervenengpassyndromen keine wirkliche Bedeutung.
