摘要: Mobile telecommunication devices in the next generation require a new concept of quick charging and long-lasting mobile energy source. The direct methanol fuel cell (DMFC) is becoming attractive, but there are critical issues involved its commercialization with regard to core technologies catalyst, membrane, membrane electrode assembly (MEA), stack, system. More importantly, main role proton-conducting enhancing power density affecting other components DMFC systems. Functions, current status, technical approaches discussed terms protonic conductivity, permeability, water life cycle, processing cost as well interaction compartments. Materials such perfluorinated partially fluorinated membranes, hydrocarbon composite modified ionomers have been studied connection technology roadmap These would explain membranes for commercialization.
