摘要: Surface layer (SL) proteins are self-assembling nanosized arrays which can be recrystallized in solution or on surfaces. In this paper, we investigate the metallization, contact potential difference and conductivity of in?vitro mSbsC-eGFP tube-like assemblies for possible applications nanobiotechnology. Treatment structures with 150?mM Pt salt resulted formation metallized SL decorated nanoparticles (? > 3?nm) were closely packed aggregated into metal clusters. Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM) measurements revealed that unmetallized templates showed different surface behaviours, demonstrating coating changes electrostatic characteristics assemblies. In?situ not conductive. Metallized samples linear I?V dependence between ? 1 + 1?V a ~ 103?S?m 1.
