摘要: Proteomics is a promising approach in the identification of proteins and biochemical pathways involved tumorigenesis. In an effort to discover such that are deregulated prostate tumorigenesis, cellular proteomes matched normal epithelial cells high-grade cancer were analyzed by tissue microdissection, two-dimensional electrophoresis, mass spectrometry. Forty protein alterations detected tumors; however, majority these changes not shared among 12 neoplasms. contrast, parallel cDNA microarray analysis identified number common gene expression changes.
